Payment

All invoices are issued in Euros.

We will send you by email your holiday bookings. If you don´t question the arrangements you will be asked to pay a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the booking to 20tees. An invoice will be issued.
Valid proof of payment must be sent to 20tees  within 5 days of receiving the confirmation from the client.
This deposit is non refundable and if not received in due time 20tees has the right to cancel the requested services.
If the booking is made less than 3 weeks of departure the full payment is required with confirmation.
All outstanding amounts must be paid 20 days before departure.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, account details shall be sent to the client by e-mail, being all costs to be paid by him.

Changes and cancellations

For any changes in a confirmed reservation there will an administration charge of € 25.00, plus any further cost we have to pay to make the alteration.
If the total cost of the holiday is not received in due time, 20tees reserves the right, after notice, to cancel the booking.
In this case, or if the client cancels after receiving a final confirmation, the deposit of 25% will be kept to cover all expenses made.
If a client has to cancel for any valid reason, 20tees will not be responsible for any refunds. On the other hand, we will make every effort to obtain refunds from its suppliers. Any cancellations are subject to the booking conditions of the hotels and golf courses. We only take responsibility for consulting on behalf of these companies.  All terms and conditions can be provided on request.
 We take every care to make sure the information given to us is correct and not misleading regarding hotels and golf course conditions. If you have a query about information given, please contact our team.

Prices

20tees can change our Website prices without prior notice. Once the deposit is received, there will be no change in prices.   All expenses are charged in Euros, all the extra costs will be responsibility of         
the client.

Conditions

20tees has agreements with hotels, golf courses, and rent a car companies and other tourist services to give you the best possible service, and the arrangements they supply are subject to their terms and conditions.
20tees is not responsible for any refunds, damage, losses or any kind of expensives attandent to other party than 20tees or its employees.
We are not responsible for force majeure events such as government action, riots, weather problems, strikes,  fire or similar problems that are beyond our control.

 

Advice

20tees offers a unique service to co-ordinate your golfing trips for you. We co-ordinate all aspects of your trips, from the golf courses and hotels to other services you might need during your stay.
We advise you to check if you have all the documents valid and in order. Being not our responsibility, it´s not very nice being kept in the airport because any invalid document.
